Welcome to my site. I sincerely hope you gain something from your time here, and you enjoy your stay. Before I tell you a little about myself, I wanna know about you.
What is your dream in life?
What do you really want?
Think about it for a moment. No rush, I can wait.
Got it now?
Alright then, now let me ask you…
What’s stopping you from following your dream?
I don’t know about you, but for me, I always came up with some practical reason I’d rationalize to stop me from embracing life to the fullest. Looking back on it, I see now that it wasn’t based on practicality. It was based on fear.
Fear of the unknown. Fear of instability. Fear of uncertainty. Fear of being different.
When you think about it, there’s nothing practical about those fears at all. When we allow them to control our lives, we stifle that which is most previous in life.
I don’t know what comes after this life. I have my own beliefs, and they shape my personal virtues and how I treat others. But at the end of the day, all I can control is the here and now. There are no guarantees. If I were to get hit by a bus tomorrow, would I regret missing out?
I give myself the permission to fail, and to get back up and try again.
I give myself the permission to live by my expectations, and not those set by society.
Life is precious, and I choose to make the most of it. I choose to live in every moment.
What about you?
If you’re the kind of person that always wanted to travel, but never thought you had the time or money, this site is for you. If you’re the kind of person who likes to reflect on life, and explore it’s deeper meaning, this site is for you. If you’re the kind of person that always wanted to follow their passion, but needs a little encouragement to see what’s possible, this site is for you. Don’t let your fear hold you back. Try. And try again.
Give yourself permission. Don’t let the unknown control you. Follow your dreams.
This website documents my attempts at breaking free of the invisible chains that we place on ourselves, and hopefully encourages you to do the same. I’m leaving the cubicle, and venturing out into the world in search of new experiences and timeless wisdom.
I’ll share with you the tips and tricks I pick up, things to avoid, and lessons learned. I hope it takes some of the guesswork and uncertainty out of your next journey, or makes you think about what’s really important in life. Most of all, I hope it inspires you to stop placing barriers on your life, and allows you to follow your dreams.
All the Best,
